Fixes from your Portal Audit plan.
Portal Fixer is for small B2B teams with no HubSpot admin. It takes the fix plan from your free Portal Audit and applies the catalog cleanup.
What it fixes
The Fix Catalog is a short list. Each item writes one kind of field:
- A custom property description
- Which group a custom property sits in, or that group's label
- A contact's company name
- A deal stage label, and that stage's probability during the quarter window
- A deal owner or a ticket owner
- A workflow that is created or edited and left off
Anything else on the audit report stays with you. The field-by-field list is the Fix Catalog.
You see every change before it happens
Portal Fixer re-reads the portal and shows a dry-run diff. A dry run does not change the portal.
Reversible description rewrites, custom-group moves, company-name backfills, and quarterly stage-probability updates are recorded as policy-approved for that change set under their playbooks. They do not wait for a separate approval. These still wait for a person's approval of that exact diff: stage renames, adding or removing a stage, renaming a property group, creating or editing a workflow, and an owner assignment that gives more than 100 records to any one user.
Every change is read back
After a write, Portal Fixer reads the value back on a separate request. If it does not match the approved change, it restores the snapshot. You can roll the change back from that snapshot.
What it never does
- It does not delete records, properties, groups, or workflows.
- It does not merge records.
- It does not turn a workflow on.
- It does not send email.
- It does not change billing, users, or permissions.
How you connect
You connect by installing the Portal Fixer HubSpot app. It is an account-level OAuth app. A Super Admin installs it on the HubSpot account. Portal Fixer does not create a user in the account. There is no public install button while customer portals are closed.
