The beta is the product. It is not a services engagement, and it does not include HubSpot consulting.

Which plans include fixes

Guard is the Portal Audit plan that includes catalog fixes. Pulse does not include those fixes. Checkout and the plan details are on the Portal Audit pricing page.

Portal Fixer is software. It applies catalog items from a Portal Audit fix plan. It does not clean up a portal as a service.
